Training pause in 2023!

 

Due to unexpected post Covid complications, the AGI Academy will take a break in 2023 and resume operations in 2024.

 This is the aim! But in reality, leaders are not automatically perfect. They invest a lot of time and effort into finding the right way to success for their institution or company. And even if they have a clear vision, it can be a challenge to reach it. Busy schedules often do not allow to take a break and think deeply about strategic long-term solutions. And the implementation requires preliminary conditions: such as a sustainable business model, well-qualified and motivated staff, an effective and efficient internal system of operations, and trustful relations with clients, stakeholders and business partners.

 Admission, Costs, Duration, Certification

Admission & Registration
 Participants' profile: 
  • 10+ years working experience after first graduation
  • experienced in managerial positions in private or public institution
  • serious interest in personal and institutional development
  • intermediate, practical English proficiency
Registration procedure:
  • Send a statement of interest and short self-description with your contact data to the  AGI Academy headquarters in Bonn: info@access-germany-iraq.de
  • The AGI Representative in Iraq will contact your and provide further information and short assessement interview.
  • After approval of registration, AGI issues invoice for training fees.
  • Trainings fees must be transfered 6 weeks prior to the training date on the AGI bank account in Germany.
  • After receipt of the training fees, a formal invitation for visa application is issued for the duration of the training. Pls. note: Eligibility for professional travel visa depend on several formal criteria of the German embassy which must be strictly fulfilled.
Costs
Training fees: 
  • 150€ - 500€ per training day
Development fees for customized trainings
  • depending on scope of requirements 
Training durations
  • 5-days, 6 hours per day + self- and group-study time
  • usally from Monday-Friday (week-end off)
Certification
  • AGI Certificate of Attendance for full-time presence
  • AGI Certificate of Success for successful case-study presentation and last-day exam
